CANCELLATION POLICY

Changes to appointments require 24hrs notice to avoid cancellation fees. 

If cancellation occurs after this time, 100% of the booking fee is retained.

You will receive a text and email reminder of your appointment 48hrs in advance, giving adequate time to reschedule if needed. 

I do a considerable amount of work prior to seeing each patient so the late cancellation fees are enforced to compensate for this.

All payments must be made in full before your scheduled appointment to secure your booking. If booking is cancelled inside the 24-hour period, please see cancellation policy above.

Please keep in mind I am unable to give any treatment advice over email and you may be advised to either wait until our next appointment, or bring the appointment forward if you wish. We can work this out at the time!

Declaration and Consent Agreement to Treatment

If you are booking in with me for an Initial consultation, a declaration and consent to treatment as well as all other terms and conditions will be outlined at the end of the patient intake form. A signature will be required with completion of this form before the consultation can take place.
